We collect information provided directly by professionals during registration and qualification, including name, contact details, career background, financial domain specializations, years of experience, and evaluation assessment responses. For organizational clients, we collect company name, business contact details, and project brief parameters.

2. Synthetic and Anonymized Evaluation Data

Second Shift strictly prioritizes synthetic, fictitious, or de-identified test cases for model evaluation. Organizations commissioning evaluation projects are contractually advised not to submit unredacted personal financial records or non-public banking customer data.

3. How Information Is Used

We use collected information to:

Verify practitioner qualifications and domain expertise
Calculate matching scores between project briefs and eligible experts
Operate the evaluation task workspace and calculate inter-rater consensus
Maintain transparent financial records, invoices, and expert compensation ledgers

4. Data Access and Security

Access to private expert verification documents is restricted to authorized platform administrators. Evaluator judgments are conducted on a double-blind basis without exposing peer responses before submission.
